上海外滩中国银行大楼的安全性与抗震性能评估

摘    要:中国银行大楼是上海外滩一座具有中国传统装饰的早期高层建筑,采用钢框架结构。介绍了中国银 行大楼的建筑特色和结构特性,以及损坏状况、材料性能、自振特性等检测结果。用纯钢框架模型和等效钢筋 混凝土框架 剪力墙模型分别计算结构在竖向荷载及侧向荷载组合下的受力性能。后者考虑了主体钢框架结 构、钢构件的外包素混凝土防护层、砌体填充墙以及楼、电梯间的钢筋混凝土墙等的作用,计算的结构动力特 性符合实测情况。评估结果表明大楼整体安全性满足正常使用要求。

Abstract:The Bank of China Building is an 1930's high-rise building with Chinese traditional decorations at the bund of Shanghai.It is a steel frame structure.The architectural and structural properties,damages and the test results of material property and dynamic characteristics are presented.The structural behaviors under vertical and horizontal loads are analyzed with a steel frame model and an equivalent reinforced concrete frame-shear wall model respectively.Because the second model takes into account the effects of steel frames,outer covering layer of plain concrete,masonry walls and reinforced concrete walls around stairs and lifts,the calculated dynamic characteristics accord with the test results. The appraisal shows that the building is safe in use now.
