液相混炼母胶在泥地越野轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘    要:研究液相混炼母胶在泥地越野轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与参比配方胶料相比,采用液相混炼母胶的试验配方胶料门尼焦烧时间短,硫化速率快;硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度明显提高,回弹值大,生热低,60℃时的损耗因子大幅降低,耐拉伸疲劳性能提高;挤出胎面表面略显粗糙,成型工艺性能良好。试验轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能略差于参比轮胎,但滚动阻力明显减小,耐磨性能优势非常明显。

Abstract:The application of liquid mixed masterbatch in the tread compound of off-the-road mud tires was studied.The results showed that,compared with the reference compound,the Mooney scorch time of the test compound with liquid mixed masterbatch was shorter and the curing rate was faster,the tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizate were significantly improved,the resilience value was larger,the heat build-up was lower,the loss factor at 60℃was greatly reduced,and the tensile fatigue resistance was improved.It was found that the surface of the extruded tread was slightly rough,but the building process was good.The high-speed performance and durability of the test tire were slightly worse than those of the reference tire,but the rolling resistance was significantly reduced,and the wear resistance was obviously improved.
