摘    要:移动式储能技术的发展与应用为配电网削峰填谷提供了新的思路与方法。基于移动式储能系统提供充放电服务的时空灵活性,提出一种综合考虑削峰填谷可靠性与经济性的双层优化调度方法。首先,建立移动式储能削峰填谷双层优化调度模型,上层以等效负荷标准差最小和净收益最高为优化目标,旨在减小负荷峰谷差,同时实现价格套利;下层以网损最小为优化目标,确定移动式储能最优调度策略。然后,开发适用于移动式储能削峰填谷优化调度的求解算法,针对下层模型的高维非线性特性,提出一种柯西变异与高斯变异相结合的改进增强烟花算法。最后,结合IEEE 33节点配电系统和某地区实测负荷数据进行仿真分析,结果验证了所提模型与求解算法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:The development and application of mobile energy storage technology inspires new ideas and methods for peak load shifting in distribution networks. Based on the time-space flexibility of the mobile energy storage system (MESS) to provide charging and discharging services, a bi-level optimal dispatch scheme that comprehensively considers the reliability and economy of peak load shifting is proposed. Firstly, a bi-level optimal dispatch model of peak load shifting for mobile energy storage is established, and the upper layer takes the minimum equivalent load standard deviation and the highest net income as the optimization goals, and aims to reduce the peak-to-valley load difference and realize the price arbitrage. The lower layer takes the minimum network loss as the optimization goal and aims to determine the optimal dispatch strategy for mobile energy storage. Then, a solution algorithm for optimal dispatch which is suitable for the peak load shifting for mobile energy storage, is developed. In order to adapt to the high dimensional nonlinear characteristics of the lower model, an improved enhanced fireworks algorithm (EFWA) based on Cauchy and Gaussian mutations is proposed. Finally, the IEEE 33-bus system and the actual load data of a certain area are used for simulation analysis. The results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model and solution algorithm.
