Abstract:A series of V-Mo/Ti denitrification catalysts with different NiO(0%、0.41%、0.93%)content were prepared,and the effect of Ni on the catalysts was investigated.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer(XRF),Diffraction of X-rays(XRD),N2-adsorption,H2-Temperature Programmed Reduction(H2-TPR),NH3-Temperature Programmed Desorption(NH3-TPD),and O2-Temperature Programmed Desorption(O2-TPD).The denitrification performance and their resistance to SO2 and H2O of different catalysts were compared through fixed-bed microreactor.The results showed that the reducibility and acidity of V-Mo/Ti catalysts were improved after the loading of NiO.At the same time,the load of NiO also leads to the increase of chemisorption oxygen content on the catalyst,which can promote the oxidation of NO to NO2.It was found that the anti-SO2 and H2O properties of the catalyst could be effectively enhanced after the catalyst was supported with Ni.
