摘    要:为研究焊接速度对3 mm厚6082Al/T2Cu异种材料搅拌摩擦焊接头成形及性能的影响.对焊接试样进行了不同焊接速度工艺参数的搅拌摩擦焊接实验,并对焊接接头采用光学金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计和力学实验机进行了微观组织分析和力学性能测试.结果表明,采用主轴转速1500 r/min、焊接速度100 mm/min...

Abstract:Different welding speed were carried out in order to study effect of welding speed on the microstructure and properties of Friction Stir Welding(FSW)joints of 3 mm thick 6082Al/T2Cu.The microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed by metallographic microscope,Scanning Electron Microscopy,microhardness tester,and mechanical testing machine.The results showed that the defect-free welds could be obtained when the rotation speed is 1500 r/min,the down pressure is 0.1 mm and the traverse speed is 100 mm/min.Alternate structure of aluminum and copper is found in the nugget zone,and the micro-hardness of nugget zone is obviously higher than that of base metal zone on both sides.The maximum strength and elongation at break are 237 MPa and 6.2%,respectively with the optimum welding parameters.The fracture was located on the thermos mechanical affected zone.The fracture is brittle fracture.
