新时代大学生“德勤技专创”一体化劳动教育体系的建构与实施

华东理工大学根据新时代劳动教育的新要求,整体设计劳动教育内容。将大学生劳动教育相对分散的基本点有机融合,整合劳动教育课程,制定培养方案.创新劳动实践,营造劳动氛围。建构并实施了“德勤技专创”一体化的劳动教育体系,在全校多部门协同联动中推进其深度、广度与高度,取得了良好的育人效果。

Construction and Implementation of an Integrated Labor Education System of Morality,Diligence, Technology,Specialty and Innovation for College Students in the New Era

According to the new requirements of labor education in the new era,East China University of Science and Technology has designed the content of labor education as a whole.It organically integrated the relatively scattered basic points of labor education for college students,consolidated labor education curricula,formulated training programmes,innovated labor practices and created a labor atmosphere.The university’s labor education system,which was integrated with"morality,diligence,technology,specialty and innovation",has been constructed and implemented.The depth,breadth and height of the labor education system is promoted in a collaborative effort of multiple departments across the school,and good results have achieved.
