硒化铅红外传感器的温度特性测试与分析

摘    要:为使火焰探测器能更好地在宽温度范围下工作,对火焰探测器常用的硒化铅(PbSe)传感器暗电阻的温度特性进行研讨.基于硒化铅负温度系数特性,对某型硒化铅传感器在不同温度下的暗电阻进行测试,并对硒化铅的温度-电阻曲线进行拟合和误差分析.结果表明:给出的标定方法可以用于快速确定传感器温度特性,可为相关应用提供设计依据.

Abstract:In order to make the flame detector work better in wide temperature range, the temperature characteristics ofdark resistance of lead PbSe sensor are discussed. According to the detection principle of lead PbSe sensor, based on thenegative temperature coefficient characteristics of lead PbSe sensor, the dark resistance of certain type of lead PbSe sensoris tested in a range of temperatures. The temperature resistance curve of lead PbSe is fitted and the error is analyzed.Results show that the calibration method can be used for fast determining the sensor temperature characteristics, and themethod also can be used for relative application.
