Abstract:The rapid economic development has also brought about environmental damage. Heavy metal pollution, especially cadmium, one of the most toxic elements in the environment, is not easy to transfer, irreversible and difficult to repair, it is a difficult point to study soil environment at present. As a major agricultural province in China, the safety of heavy metals in the soil of Henan Province is closely related to the food security of the whole province and the whole people. By means of Investigation and analysis, it was found that the content of CD in agricultural soil was higher than the background value of a soil layer in Henan province, and the surface soil was polluted seriously by CD, based on the analysis of the main ways of cadmium pollution in agricultural soil, some suggestions are put forward to reduce the cadmium pollution in the soil, this study provides a basis for the remediation and treatment of heavy metal cadmium contaminated soil.
