摘    要:介绍新疆石河子中发化工有限责任公司120 kt/a硫精矿制酸装置工艺流程及环保治理改造情况。通过回收利用氯气干燥废酸、过滤处理净化酸性废水、回收硫铁矿烧渣、钠碱法处理制酸尾气等措施,实现了资源的循环利用。处理后烧渣和废酸全部利用,废水达标排放,制酸尾气ρ(SO2)〈50 mg/m3,实现了"废物利用、增产减污"的环保治理目的。

Abstract:The retrofitting project for environmental protection of a 120 kt/a pyrite concentrate-based sulphuric acid plant in Xinjiang Shihezi Zhongfa Chemical Co. , Ltd. is described. Some measures were taken to realize cy- clic utilization of resources, such as recycling waste acid from chlorine gas drying, filtering acidic wastewater, recovering pyrite cinder and tail gas treatment by sodium alkali solution. Recovered cinder and waste acid were all put into use and treated wastewater reached the discharge standard. The SO2 concentration of stack gas was maintained below 50 mg/m3. The project goal of "waste utilization, production increase and pollution reduction" was achieved.
