摘    要:树脂基复合材料因其耐热性和耐冲蚀磨损性能比较低,限制其在航空发动机上的应用。本文针对当前树脂基复合材料特点,对其防护涂层国内外的研究现状进行了介绍,探讨了不同涂层的应用特点并且提出树脂基复合材料防护涂层性能的研究方向,通过降低喷涂过程中基体表面温度,提高涂层与基体的结合强度,创新喷涂工艺,改良喷涂材料,进而解决其喷涂工艺过程中遇到的问题。

Abstract:Owing to the lower heat resistance and erosion resistance performance, the application of polymer matrix composites are confined in aircraft engine. In the view of the characteristics of polymer matrix composites, the research status of protective coating were introduced at home and abroad. The mechanisms, characteristics and application of different coat- ing were discussed as well as the research orientation. By decreasing the substrate temperature during spraying, improving the bonding strength of coating and suhstrate,innovating the spraying process, improving spray materials, then the problems encountering are solved in thermal spraying process.
