Smallworld软件在配电地理信息系统中的应用

针对Smallworld软件在金华配电地理信息系统(GIS)建设中遇到的实际应用问题，如图形数据和属性数据的存储、一次接线图与地理图的关系等进行了深入的分析，并提出了有效的解决方案，即要保证设备的图形数据和属性数据的一致性；在一次接线图与地理图的关系中，应以地理图为主，真正发挥GIS在地理空间上高效、方便的作用，并在实际应用中贯彻执行。同时阐述了在GIS建设中的一些技术经验。

APPLICATION OF SMALLWORLD IN THE DISTRIBUTION GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM

Some practical problems encountered in the application of Small world in the building of Jinhua Power Company distribution geographical information system (GIS) are analyzed at length, such as the storing of geometric data and physical data, the relationship between the geography diagram and the schematic diagram and so on. It is proposed that, if it is to be ensured that the geometric data will be in consistency with the geographic data, then the geographic data should be of primary importance in the relationship between the schematic diagram and the GIS map, the high efficiency and convenience of which in the geographical space should be brought into full play. Technical experience in the development of GIS is also described.
