摘    要:在兰州炼油化工总厂常减压蒸馏改造设计中,应用PRO/Ⅱ模拟流程,热管技术,多变量模拟控制方案、粘钢加固法等先进技术,达到了消除装置“瓶颈”、平稳生产操作,节能降耗并缩短施工工期的目的,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:During design for transforming atmospheric and vacuum distillation plant, the advanced PRO/ simulated technological process, heat-tube technology, multivariate simulating control plan and consolidated technology with sticky steel were utilized. One's aims of removing the plant's bottleneck, steady running, saving energy and reducing consumption, and shortening construction period were achieved. A good economic profit was obtained.
