乙烯淤浆聚合BCE催化剂的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了BCE催化剂工业应用的情况,并与国产同类型BCH催化剂进行对比,考察了装置的运行情况,并研究了两种催化剂生产的聚乙烯的物理性能和力学性能。试验结果表明,BCE催化剂能明显改善装置的运行情况,它的的活性较高(22.2kg/g),所制备的聚乙烯的堆密度(0.38g/cm3)明显高于BCH催化剂制备的聚乙烯的堆密度(0.29g/cm3);BCE催化剂制备的聚乙烯的粒径分布窄,细粉含量低,小于325目细粉的质量分数约为6.1%,远低于BCH催化剂制备的聚乙烯中小于325目细粉的含量(质量分数为23.5%);同时BCE催化剂的氢调敏感性优于BCH催化剂,丙烯与氢气的消耗量分别减少了11.1%和16.6%。

Abstract:Industrial application of a newly developed BCE catalyst for slurry polymerization of ethylene was presented and compared with a reference commercial BCH catalyst.Performance of the two catalysts in polymerization and mechanical properties of their products were investigated.BCE catalyst is more active(up to 22.2 kg/g).The polyethylene obtained from BCE is narrower in particle size distribution,higher in bulk density(up to 0.38 g/cm3)and less fine content than those from BCH.Fine content,referred to<325 mes...
