基于Multisim与LabVIEW的通风机温度监测系统设计

摘    要:本文介绍一种基于Multisim与LabVIEW的风机温度监测系统。温度传感器采用铂电阻Pt100,并在Multisim中进行数学建模,设计信号调理电路。下位机以AT89C52为核心,控制信号的采集及与上位机通信。上位机采用LabVIEW软件,实现温度曲线的显示,报警和数据存储等功能。该系统测量精度高,还可用于其他工业测温领域。

Abstract:This paper introduces a temperature monitoring system for ventilator based on Multisim and LabVlEW.The temperature sensor uses the Pt100.In Multisim,we establish the mathematical module of Pt100 and design signal regulate circuit.The system uses AT89C52 as hardware design core,which control signal collection and PC communication.PC using LabVIEW,realizes temperature curve display,alarm,data storage and other functions.The system has high precision and can also be applied to other industrial temperature field.
