大型同步调相机油系统的健康状态评价

摘    要:油系统作为大型同步调相机的重要辅助系统之一,其健康状态对同步调相机的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。针对同步调相机油系统的构成,采用自上而下的评价策略,逐层建立了油系统各子系统的状态评价指标体系,并提出了不同类型评价指标的归一化方法。采用实时权重反映各评价指标对健康状态的影响程度,并将专家经验、维修记录等与运行时的监测数据相结合,计算各评价指标的实时权重。利用高斯模型,构建了模糊评判矩阵。通过权重矩阵与评判矩阵的模糊运算,即可获得待评价目标的评价结果。最后将其应用到一台换流站中同步调相机的状态评价,评价结果符合实际情况。

Abstract:The oil system is one of the important auxiliary systems for large-scale synchronous condenser,and its health condition is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of synchronous condenser.Based on the composition of synchronous condenser oil system,the top-down evaluation strategy is adopted,the state evaluation index system of each subsystem of the oil system is established layer by layer,and the normalization method of different types of evaluation index is put forward.Real-time weights are used to reflect the impact of each evaluation index on health condition.The real-time weights of each evaluation index are calculated by combining expert experience,maintenance records and monitoring data during operation.Using the Gauss model,the fuzzy evaluation matrix is constructed.Through the fuzzy operation of the weight matrix and the evaluation matrix,the evaluation result of the target to be evaluated can be obtained.Finally,it is applied to the condition evaluation of a synchronous condenser in a converter station,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.
