摘    要:本文介绍一起220kV主变压器本体完成各项检修、试验任务后即将送电时,在操作至对主变压器本体充电时,出现异常的保护动作跳闸情况,运检人员根据现场的故障现象及故障录波图的详细的成因分析,最后确定为主变压器空充过程励磁涌流过大而导致主变比率差动保护动作跳闸;本文依据保护装置的故障录波图进行详细的成因分析,阐述应急处理流程并展开经验分享,为同类型的主变压器异常跳闸情况提供可行性的分析及处理思路。

Abstract:This paper introduces an abnormal tripping of protective action when the 220kV main transformer completes various maintenance and test tasks.It is about to be sent to power when it is operated to charge the main transformer.Operators and inspectors start to deal with isolation faults and analyze the causes of the faults in detail according to the fault phenomena on the spot and the fault recordings.It is determined that the excessive excitation inrush current in the process of main transformer empty charging leads to the tripping of differential protection of main transformer ratio.Based on the fault record of protection device,this paper carries out a detailed analysis of the causes,expounds the emergency treatment process and unfolds experience sharing,which provides a feasible analysis and treatment for the abnormal tripping of the same type of main transformer.
