摘    要:介绍了一种采用特定谐波消除脉宽调制(SHEPWM)的三电平有源中点钳位逆变器控制方法。该方法在特定谐波消除调制基础上,可以有效地控制中点电压的平衡,抑制共模电压。通过对矢量化的开关序列的替换,在保证输出线电压不变的同时,实现中点电压平衡控制和共模电压抑制。根据三相电流的大小合理地选择开关切换时间,降低了开关损耗。最后,通过仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的可行性及有效性。

Abstract:A control method for three-level active neutral point clamped inverter using selective harmonic elimination pulse width modulation(SHEPWM)was introduced.The method could effectively control the balance of the neutral point voltage and suppress the common mode voltage based on the SHEPWM.By replacing the vectorized switch sequence,neutral point voltage balance control and common mode voltage suppression were achieved while maintaining the output line voltage constant.According to the three-phase current,choosing reasonable switching time,switching loss was reduced effectively.The simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
