摘    要:分布式光伏发电是未来新能源的重要发展方向之一,其大规模接入配电网导致传统无源配电系统演变为以多电源供电方式为特征的配电系统,增加了电网运行的不确定性和复杂性。本文建立了分布式光伏有功出力最大化与网损最小化的配电网有功无功协调优化目标函数,采用混合整数二阶锥规划方法对模型进行求解,实际运行算例结果表明分布式光伏接入后,对地区配电网网络损耗、电压运行水平、三相不平衡度等运行指标影响密切,其中电压运行水平是限制分布式光伏接入的主要限制因数。

Abstract:Distributed photovoltaic power generation is one of the important development directions of new energy sources in the future.Its large-scale access to distribution network has led to the evolution of traditional passive distribution system into a distribution system characterized by multi-power supply,which has increased the uncertainty and complexity of grid operation.In this paper,the objective functions of reactive power coordination optimization for distribution network with distributed photovoltaic power maximization and network loss minimization are established.The model is solved by mixed integer second-order cone programming method.It has a close influence on the network loss,voltage operating level,three-phase imbalance and other operating indicators of the regional distribution network.The voltage running level is the main limiting factor that limits distributed photovoltaic access.
