热耦合条件下变压器防腐涂料的研制和性能研究

摘    要:通过对临海工业大气环境下变压器的腐蚀与发热情况的调研,有针对性的研制了在工业大气腐蚀环境及热耦合工作条件下,变压器专用石墨烯高导热防腐涂料体系(包括石墨烯防腐底漆和高导热耐候面漆)。并对变压器进行了防护涂装。通过实验室配方体系的优化及示范涂装,最终定型的涂料配方体系,具有良好的防腐及导热性能,其中耐中性盐雾时间达到1500h,导热系数达到1.39W/m·K,能够有效的改善变压器在工业大气环境下的热耦合腐蚀状况。

Abstract:By inrestigation and study to corrosion and heating conditions of the transformers for the atmospheric environment of Linhai industry,develop graphite alkene system with high heat-transmission anticorrosive paint which are specialized in transformers,including graphite alkene with anticorrosine undercoat and high heat-transmission heat-resisting surface peiut,specially for industriical atmospheric corrosion environment and heating coupling working conditions.And the transformersane painted.By optimization and demonstration coating of lakoratory farmular system,final approved paint formular system is of fin antiseptic and heat-conducting porformance.One of them,neatral Salt resisting fog gime reaches 1500 h;coefficient of heat conductivity 1.39 W/m·K,which can effectively improve the thermal coupling corrosion conditions of the transformers under industrial atmospheric environment.
