化解云南电力结构性矛盾促进水电消纳研究

水电是宝贵的清洁能源,水电的消纳是社会关注的焦点。为推动新时代能源发展,水电的充分消纳是需要着重解决的重点问题之一。云南省是我国的水电大省,水电装机占比达到70%以上。长期以来,云南水电出力与负荷特性不匹配的结构性矛盾是云南能源高质量发展的制约因素。在深入剖析云南电力结构性矛盾问题的基础上,结合云南电力发展形势,研究提出具有针对性的促进水电消纳的措施。

Study on Hydropower Assumption by Resolving Power Supply and Demand Contradictions in Yunnan Province

Hydropower is a precious clean energy,and its absorption draws much social attention.In order to promote new age’s energy development,the full absorption of hydropower is one of the key issues that need to be solved.Yunnan province,with hydropower installed capacity accounting for more than 70%,is China’s major hydropower province.The structural contradiction between the hydropower output and the load characteristics is the restrictive factors of the energy high quality development in Yunnan for a long time.Based on analyzing the structural contradictions and development trend of electricity in Yunnan,the research proposes corresponding measures to promote the hydropower absorption.
