| 摘 要： | 文章以南美洲某国家1×200 MW燃煤电站扩建机组工程总承包(engineering procurement construction,EPC)投标项目为案例,对该项目与业主工程师就设备制造、材料、设计等相关标准的投标方案、技术澄清及合同谈判过程的技术工作进行总结分析,给国外电站总承包项目提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Based on 1×200 MW coal-fired power plant extension unit EPC bidding project in the country of South American as a case,the bidder summarized the process of bidding scheme,technical clarification,and contract negotiation with Owner Engineer about related standard and criterion of design,equipment manufacturing,materials etc.to provide certain reference for foreign power plant turnkey project. |
