| 摘 要： | 为提高输电网规划备选方案选择的科学性,提出基于可靠性评价的输电网规划方法。通过适用于输电网规划的可靠性指标选取及其价值衡量,从定量角度比较备选方案的优劣,辅助推荐方案的选择,减少主观因素在选择过程中的影响。实际规划案例表明,所提方法具有较好的适用性和可操作性。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the scientific selection of transmission network planning alternatives,a transmission grid planning method based on reliability evaluation is proposed.Through the selection of reliability indicators suitable for transmission network planning and its value measurement,the advantages and disadvantages of the alternatives are compared from a quantitative perspective,finally reducing the influence of subjective factors in the selection process.The actual planning case shows that the proposed method has good applicability and operability. |
