摘    要:散热与充电机的防护、维护和成本等有直接的相关性,散热设计已发展成为充电机等电子产品工作可靠和稳定的重要手段之一,采用热仿真技术可以快速高效地开展产品设计和优化。对直流充电机散热进行研究,介绍了诸如基于最小热损耗的散热设计方法,建立仿真模型并与实验校验,借助热仿真开展分析、优化和散热装置设计等内容。通过对直流充电机的分析和优化,获得了更简单的散热设计方案和更合理的温度分布,基于试验的热仿真验证,为开发新型充电机积累了理论和实践经验。

Abstract:Heat dissipation is directly related to the protection,maintenance and cost of chargers.The heat dissipation design has become one of the most important means for the reliable and stable operation of electronic products such as chargers.The thermal simulation technology can be used to design and optimize products quickly and efficiently.Taking DC charger as the research object,this paper introduces the heat dissipation design method based on the minimum heat loss,and establishes the simulation model.The accuracy is verified by experimental data,and the analysis,optimization and heat dissipation design are carried out by means of thermal simulation.Through the analysis and optimization of the DC charger,simpler heat dissipation design scheme and more reasonable temperature distribution are obtained,and this experiment has accumulated theoretical and practical experiences for designing a new type of charger.
