摘    要:冷热电联供(combined cooling,heating and power,CCHP)型微网中分布式可再生能源占比较高,风力发电因其随机性、波动性等特点,为CCHP型微网的优化调度带来了挑战。文章通过最小化系统期望运行费用,建立了一种考虑风电不确定性的CCHP型微网日前优化经济调度模型。基于截断通用分布模型精确描述风电出力的不确定性,通过蒙特卡洛模拟方法生成风电场景后,采用后向场景削减技术获取典型风电场景。通过天津某园区算例,从储能装置工作状态、弃风与供能缺额、微网运行经济性这3个方面进行了详细分析,验证了微网优化经济调度时采用截断通用分布模型表征风电不确定性的必要性和经济性。

Abstract:Distributed renewable energy accounts for a high proportion in combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) microgrids. Wind power generation has brought challenges to the optimal scheduling of CCHP microgrids for its randomness and fluctuation. In this paper, by minimizing the expected operating cost of the system, an optimized economic dispatch model of CCHP microgrid considering wind power uncertainty is established. On the basis of the truncated versatile distribution model to accurately describe the uncertainty of wind power output, the back-scene reduction technology is used to obtain a typical wind power scene after generating a wind power scene by Monte Carlo simulation method. An example of a park in Tianjin is used to analyze energy storage device working status, wind abandonment and energy shortage, and microgrid operation economy. The results verify the necessity and economy of taking into account the uncertainties of wind power by using the truncated versatile distribution model in the economic dispatch of microgrid optimization.
