摘    要:某型号发射装置要求推进剂装药燃速29.0~30.0mm/s(20℃,10MPa)、压强指数≤0.4(20℃,4~16MPa)、装药燃速在贮存期内变化不超过1%(20℃,10MPa)。为使装药同时满足燃烧性能指标及燃速变化率的要求,合成了一种双金属盐催化剂,通过合成工艺研究、性能表征及结合装药应用研究,表明加入该双金属盐催化剂的推进剂装药燃速达到29mm/s以上,在2a贮存期内燃速变化率不大于1%。

Abstract:For a certain type launcher,it is required that the charge burning rate of the propellant is 29.0~30.0mm/s(0℃,10MPa),the pressure exponent is not more than 0.4(20℃,4~16MPa),the change of charge burning rate during storage period does not exceed 1%(20℃,10MPa).In order to simultaneously meet the requirements of the combustion performance index and burning rate change rate,a bimetallic salt catalyst was synthesized.By synthesis process research,performance characterization and combination of charge application research,it shows that the charge burning rate of the propellant adding said bimetallic salt catalyst achieves above 29mm/s,and the change rate of the burning rate during 2 years of storage period is not more than 1%.
