架空输电导线表面粗糙度的实验研究

摘    要:输电导线的表面状态是影响其电晕特性和气动特性的重要因素,研究导线的表面状态对架空输电工程的导线选型、线路设计、运行和维护等都具有重要的现实意义。以钢芯铝绞线为研究对象,首先采用光切法提取了不同损伤后导线的表面轮廓,得到了导线的表面粗糙度,然后将其结果与粗糙度轮廓仪的测量结果对比分析。研究结果表明:基于光切法所测得的结果与粗糙度仪得到结果吻合较好;导线表面损伤程度不同,其表面粗糙度差别较大,轮廓算术平均偏差Ra表征导线的表面粗糙度更好,触针式测量用于导线表面粗糙度的检测更为便捷;对于相同的表面损伤,不同类型导线的表面粗糙度近似,但不同损伤情况下,同种类型的输电导线表面粗糙度差别较大。此外,化学腐蚀会导致架空导线的表面粗糙度增大。

Abstract:The surface condition of transmission line conductor is an important factor affecting the corona characteristics and aerodynamic performances,so it is of great considerable practical significance to investigate the surface condition in the conductor selection,conductor design,operation and maintenance of overhead transmission engineering.Taking the aluminum conductors steel-reinforced(ACSR)as the research object,the surface contours of conductors with different damages were extracted by light-section method.Then the images were processed to obtain the surface roughness of the conductors,which were compared with the results measured by roughness measuring machine.Research results show that the results measured by the light-section method were in good agreement with those obtained by the roughness measuring machine.The surface roughness of the conductor varies with the degree of surface damage,and the roughness of overhead conductor can be better described by Ra.Stylus measurement is more convenient for the detection of wire surface roughness.For the same damage,the surface roughness of transmission conductor with different types is approximate.Under the different damage conditions,there is different surface roughness for the conductor with the same type.Moreover,chemical corrosion will aggravate the surface roughness of the conductors.
