摘    要:为进一步提高电热综合能源系统的效率和投资收益,文章利用电极式锅炉调节灵活、响应快速的特点,提出了一种电极式锅炉参与电网调频服务下的供热系统日前优化调度方法。首先,介绍了电力系统调频模式并给出了宾夕法尼亚-新泽西-马里兰(Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland,PJM)调频辅助服务补偿机制下的调频收益计算方法;之后,基于考虑热需求侧响应,构建了电极式锅炉供热系统运行机制,并提出了热需求响应能力的日前预测方法;然后,通过以运营商供热和调频总收益最大为目标,建立了日前优化调度方法;最后,通过算例验证了模型的有效性,分析表明:电极式锅炉参与电网调频可有效提高运营商收益,对推进电热综合能源系统发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency and investment benefits of the electrothermal integrated energy system,an optimal dispatching method for heating system under the frequency modulation service with the participation of electrode boilers is proposed,which takes advantage of the flexible regulation and fast response of the electrode boilers. Firstly,the frequency regulation modes of power system are introduced and a method for calculating the benefits of frequency regulation under PJM ancillary service compensation mechanism of frequency regulation market is proposed. And on the basis of the heat demand response,the operation mechanism of the electrode boiler is established,and the day-ahead prediction method for the ability of the heat demand response is proposed. Then,a day-ahead optimal dispatching method aiming at maximizing the total benefits of heating and frequency regulation for operators is established. Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the model. The results show that the participation of electrode boiler in frequency modulation can improve operators’ benefits,which is of great significance to promote the development of electrothermal integrated energy system.
