摘    要:以GAP(缩水甘油叠氮聚合物)、NEPE(硝酸酯增塑聚醚)和HTPB(端羟基聚丁二烯)推进剂为研究对象,对3种推进剂的扫描电镜(SEM)图像分形维数进行了研究.利用分形维数对固体推进剂裂纹定量表征以研究推进剂的力学性能,对阈值选取方法进行了分析,结果表明,利用全局阈值分割法选取图像适合的阈值可以对图像进行可靠的分割.固...

Abstract:Using the GAP(glycidyl azide polymer),NEPE(nitrate ester plasticized polyether)and HTPB(hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene)propellants as the research objects,the fractal dimensions of the scanning electron microscope(SEM)images of three kinds of propellants were investigated.The crack of the solid propellant was quantitatively characterized by using the fractal dimension to investigate the mechanical performance of the propellant.The selection method of the threshold was analyzed.The results show that the reliable segmentation of the image can be carried out by using the global threshold segmentation method to select the appropriate threshold.The magnification and noise of the SEM images of the solid propellants will affect the fractal dimension,if the magnification is too more or too less,the reliable fractal dimension can not be obtained.For three kinds of propellants,it is suitable to select the magnification of 500.Before calculating the fractal dimension,the noises of the images should be reduced by filtering.
