摘    要:为减少电动汽车充电对电网的影响和提高新能源的消纳率,将电动汽车纳入交直流混合微网,根据电动汽车时空特性,建立其无序充电模型。基于分时电价机制,建立了电动私家车不同响应度和电动出租车充电站不同响应模式下的有序充电模型,结合充电方式和交直流混合微网结构特性建立了以日前发电成本最小为目标的微网优化运行模型,通过算例对比了电动汽车无序充电和有序充电对微网调度经济性的影响,证明了有序充电的经济性。算例比较了直流侧同一分时电价响应模式下不同响应度情况对调度目标的影响,以及同一响应度下不同响应模式的结果。通过结果对比,验证了所提出模型的经济性和有效性。

Abstract:In order to reduce the impact of electric vehicles charging on the power grid and increase the consumption rate of new energy sources,electric vehicles are included in the AC/DC hybrid microgrid.Based on the spatio-temporal characteristics of electric vehicles,its disorderly charging model is established.Based on the time-of-use power price mechanism,an orderly charging model for different responsiveness of electric private cars and different response modes of electric taxi charging stations is established,combined with the charging method and AC-DC hybrid microgrid structure characteristics,a microgrid optimized operation model with the goal of minimizing the current generation cost is established.The example compares the influence of disordered charging and orderly charging of electric vehicles on the economics of microgrid dispatching,and proves the economics of orderly charging.The calculation example compares the impact of different responsiveness conditions on the dispatch target under the same time-of-use electricity price response mode on the DC side,and the results of different response modes under the same responsiveness.The comparison of the results verifies the economy and effectiveness of the model proposed in this paper.
