| 摘 要： | 贸易顺差不断增大,国际形式促史中国必须大力发展IT产业。中国IT人才优于印度,但中国IT产业与印度比有很大的差距。政府只有加大对知识产权的保护力度,才能有利于产业的发展。只有加大投资,重新构建符合IT产业发展的＂专业＋公司＂的人才培养模式,才能解决国内IT人才与IT产业的供需矛盾。
