基于VC超声波探伤系统设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于VC++开发的高压无缝厚壁钢管超声波自动探伤检测系统,详细论述了系统的硬件组成原理及软件的设计思路和技术实现要点。实现了对4种不同管径的无缝钢管进行自动连续探伤,并可以保存4种不同规格钢管的探伤工艺和标准;系统将自动记录探伤结果,发现缺陷时自动报警喷标,并生成探伤报告;该系统对厚壁管探伤研究具有实践意义。
