国际贸易政策的关税博弈分析

自由贸易和保护贸易的选择是一国制定其贸易政策时经常面临的难题?从关税入手，建立两国在达成自由贸易前后两国贸易收益的古诺产量模型，通过对比分析得出了实现两国贸易双赢的关税相对水平，并在此基础上，指出一国选定其最优贸易政策的重要性，最后针对我国的具体情况，对处于不同关税水平的行业是否采取自由贸易政策提出相关建议。

Game Analysis on Tariff for the Best Trade Policy

When establishing a country's trade policy,the government often encounters the difficult choice between free trade and protective trade.This paper built up a cournot model about two countries' trade revenues before and after their free trade agreement. By comparison,the comparative level of tariffs for a win-to-win trade was figured out. According to the result, some recommendations about trade were pointed out,including the importance of its trade policy for an open country. Thereafter according to China's specific condition,some suggestions on whether take free trade policy or not were proposed.
