聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯发泡材料的制备及性能

摘    要:通过熔融挤出法制备一种生物可降解缓冲包装材料聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯,并测试其表观密度、热学性能、红外光谱及缓冲性能。利用正交实验的极差分析筛选出发泡最佳工艺,通过差示扫描量热分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱、质构仪分别测试缓冲包装材料的热学性能和缓冲性能。结果显示,最佳发泡工艺为发泡剂碳酸氢钠添加量为20%,发泡温度为140℃,发泡时间为25 min,其表观密度为0.18 g/cm~3;NaHCO_3在发泡材料中无残留;30 mm厚的缓冲材料缓冲效果最佳。

Preparation and Properties of Poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate) Foaming Material
Abstract:To prepare a biodegradable cushioning packaging material poly (butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate) by melt extrusion,and its apparent density,thermal and cushioning properties were investigated.Methods range analysis of orthogonal experiment was used to optimize foaming process.Thermal and cushioning performance were studied by DSC,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and texture analyzer.Results show that the optimum foaming process was obtained as follow:the foaming agent 20 %,the foaming temperature 140 ℃ and foaming time 25 min.Under these conditions,the apparent density is 0.18 g/cm3;no residue of NaHCO3 is detected in the foamed material;materials with the thickness of 30mm perform the best cushioning effect.
