室温快固型环氧丙烯酸酯胶粘剂性能研究

摘    要:以环氧树脂和丙烯酸为基本原料,合成环氧丙烯酸酯并进行了表征。采用氧化还原的引发方式,用环氧丙烯酸酯及其它活性单体和添加剂制备出一种室温快固型双组分胶粘剂。研究了氧化剂、还原剂以及温度对环氧丙烯酸酯胶粘剂性能的影响。

Abstract:Epoxy arcylate was synthesized when epoxy resin and acrylic acid were used as raw materials.Using redox initiation,a kind of room-temperature fast curing two-component adhesive was prepared with expoxy arcylate,other active monomers and additives.The effect of the oxidant,the reductant,and the temperature on the performance of the adhesive were investigated.
