摘    要:本文利用拉普拉斯变换法解析理想化谷物保持直立状态输送的稳定性问题,并用实际考察和综合统计的方法提出供设计使用的实值。据此介绍切割器按照刀机速比λ_q=1.273~1.732确定曲柄转速的设计原理,并仅就立台收割机装置偏心式拨禾轮的设计要点进行论述,供设计者参考。

Abstract:This paper analyses the stability of the transport of ideal stalk kept in verlical state by method of laplace transformation, and provides for design use with real numeral values obtained from actual investigation and comprehensive statistics. On these grounds, this paper indroduces the speeds of the crank of the cutterbar according to the ratio of knife and harvester, λq=1 . 273 - 1. 732.And also discusses the design outlines of eccentric parallel reel on vertical table harvester. These principies and methods can be used for reference.
