马来酸酐接枝羽绒粉体的研究

摘    要:以硝酸铈铵(CAN)为引发剂,在羽绒粉体上接枝马来酸酐(MAH)。讨论了接枝反应的温度、时间、引发荆浓度、单体浓度等实验条件对接枝率的影响,确定了最佳的接枝反应条件。结果表明:接枝对羽绒粉体的回潮率有明显的影响,接枝羽蜮粉体的回潮率增大,随着接枝率的增加,回潮率逐渐下降。红外光谱图显示接枝后羽绒粉体上羰基和S-O键的数量增加,-CH2-键的数量下降。

Abstract:Down-powder was grafted with MAH as monomer and CAN as initiator, This paper discussed and optimized the influence of processing factors as temperature, treatment time, initiator concentration and monomer concentration on the grafting ratio. The moisture absorption of the grafted down-powder was decreased with the increase of the grafting ratio and increased obviously comparing with the down--powder. The infrared spectrum of the grafted down-powder showed that the content of earbonyl and S Obond increase but the content of CH2bond decrease.
