基于PLC的大面积曲面玻璃清洗系统的设计

摘    要:文章针对大面积曲面玻璃的清洗过程的电气控制系统进行设计。实现大面积曲面玻璃完成清洗、吹干、旋转等工作过程的自动控制,并显示现场数据。文章采用PLCs7—300完成数据采集和过程控制,采用触摸界面实现在线监控,提高了大面积曲面玻璃清洗质量和生产效率。

Abstract:This paper designs the electrical control system aiming at large curved glass cleaning process. It can achieve the completion of large area curved glass cleaning, drying and rotating work process automaton and display the field data. PLC S7-300 is used to complete data acquisition and process control and touch screen is used to achieve on-line monitoring, which improve the cleaning quality of large-area curved glass and the production efficiency.
