| Abstract: | Dynamic behaviour of the Stern‐Center footbridge in Potsdam. The footbridge at the Stern‐Center in Potsdam has been opened seven years ago. Ever since, both bridge administrators and pedestrians discomfortingly observed distinct vibrations while crossing the cable stayed bridge. The performed investigation aimed at identifying the bridge's dynamic behaviour and its according causes by measuring, as well as developing an appropriate FE‐calculation model that sufficiently describes the dynamic impacts. |
