Abstract:In the high-speed area, permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) used in the rail transit field usually operated in square wave conditions. At this time, the voltage amplitude of the motor reached the maximum value and the adjustment ability was lost, only the voltage vector angle could be adjusted, which led to the failure of the traditional control strategy based on dual current loops. This paper derived the relationship between torque and voltage phase angle, d-axis and q-axis voltage, current and voltage phase angle, d-axis and q-axis voltage under square wave conditions, and knew that there were six different single current loop control strategies, and the single current loop control strategy currently used in square wave operating conditions all belonged to one of these six control strategies. By establishing a small signal model, the steady-state performance and dynamic performance of these six control strategies were analyzed and compared. Finally, simulation and experimental research verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
