铜石墨受电靴材料研究进展

摘    要:本文介绍了受电靴材料的现状和发展,归纳了以粉末冶金为主要制备方法的制备工艺过程,以及材料性能的检测方法和设备。详细论述了改进铜石墨受电靴材料的两种方法,添加不同元素和加强基体与增强体的结合。并对进一步的研究提出了自己的两点意见,分别为添加非金属增强相和不同的制备方法。

Abstract:The situation and development of current collector shoe materials is introduced,the preparation process of the materials which PM is the main access is concluded,detecting method and equipment for the material properties is also discussed.Two improving ways for the Cu-C current collector shoe:adding different elements and enhancing the bond between base and reinforcer,are stated.Suggestions for further research are non-metal reinforcer and other preparation process.
