| 摘 要： | 从婚姻法的角度论述了我国配偶知情权与隐私权的现状及其保护,总结了我国婚姻关系中配偶知情权与隐私权的利益冲突问题,进而提出了解决二者冲突的立法建议,希望能对我国立法和司法实际有所裨益.
