| Abstract: | This paper discuses the applied theory and feasibility of the Renishaw OMP40 probe to the SCARA industrial robot, and presents a new method for the application of the said probe to the SCARA industrial robot, thus developing the measuring function of the said robot and realizing the measurement automatization. |
