铁尾矿作原料在普通硅酸盐水泥中的实验研究及机理分析

摘    要:应用XRD、SEM和化学分析等方法对利用铁尾矿作原料煅烧普通硅酸盐水泥进行实验研究.研究表明:铁尾矿可改善水泥生料易烧性,降低烧成温度,是由于铁尾矿中多种微量元素作用.铁尾矿在水泥中有一适合掺量,过多或过少对水泥烧成有明显影响.

Abstract:The experiment studies of portland cement with iron-tailings as raw materials are carried out by means of XRD,SEM and chemical analyses.Experimental results show that iron-tailings,owing to the existences of trace elements,play an important role in improving the sinterability of the raw meals and decreasing the calcination temperature.The content of iron-tailings in the cement must be appropriate.Otherwise,it has notable influence on the sinterability.
