常压电磁感应加热油管清洗工艺与装置研究

摘    要:介绍一种采用循环水做清洗介质,旋转机械刷做除油工具,电磁感应加热为辅助除油手段的油管常压清洗工艺技术。在详述工艺流程的基础上,提出这种工艺方法中影响油管清洗质量和清洗速度的主要工艺参数,以及他们之间的相互作用规律。经过与国内同类工艺手段类比分析证明,油管常压清洗工艺技术在安全、环保、高效、节能等四个方面具有显著技术优势。

Abstract:This article introduces a normal-pressured tubing cleaning technology by using circulating water as cleaning media, rotating brusher as paraffin removing device, and electromagnetic induction heating as auxiliary paraffin removing method. In addition to introduction of detailed technology process, this article presents the important parameters influencing tubing cleaning quality and cleaning speed, and also offers the interrelationship between each parameter. By analog analysis of the same technologies in China, the normal-pressured tubing cleaning technology has advantages in safety, environment, efficiency and energy saving etc.
