脱墨浆与机械浆配抄新闻纸

摘    要:进行了美废脱墨浆与杨木CTMP配抄新闻纸性能的研究.结果表明:杨木CTMP的加入量在10%~30%之间时,松厚度整体都提高,成纸撕裂指数都在6.78以上,而抗张强度却有所下降,但下降幅度不是很大.杨木CTMP作为少量的配浆(≤20%)加入废纸浆,可以使废纸浆的纤维结合力增强,在一定程度上提高了成纸的强度;随着配比的增大(>30%),成纸裂断长和撕裂指数呈下降趋势,白度、不透明度和松厚度的变化不明显.

Abstract:The properties of newsprint from the blending pulp of American wasted paper and Aspen CTMP was studied. The results show: the bulkiness and the tearing strength are of good quality. The mixture pulp of American old newsprint and magazine(9:1) and 30% aspen CTMP can produce a tensile strength improved paper while keeping the paper hulk, when the proportion of American old newsprint and magazine is 7:3 and mixed with 10% aspen CTMP, the paper tensile strength is higher than that of former sheets at the cost of slightly bulk.
