| 摘 要： | 利用传感器在工件加工时采集刀具振动信号,并将此信号传输到现场服务器中,再利用虚拟仪器(LabVIEW)开发的平台对刀具的振动信号进行分析处理和存储,最终通过Internet网将振动信号传输到远程的主监控室,完成对刀具状态实时远程监测.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the usage of the vibration sensor for collecting the vibration signal of tool in processing of NC machine is introduced,then the transmission of the collected signal to local server is described.The virtual instrument(Lab VIEW) is selected as the software development platform for accomplishing the design of analysis module and storage module.Finally,the transmission of vibration signal to the remote monitoring room through the Internet is dealt with for remote monitoring the tool condition at real time. |
