| 摘 要： | 通过对聚丙烯酸钠树脂材料和硬化剂的改进，ＣＯ２气硬树脂砂的强度和抗吸湿性得到了提高，应用范围得到了拓宽，在五金工具、柴油机、机车车辆配件行业铸件制造等方面有了成功的应用。最后展望了ＣＯ２气硬树脂砂的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Based on the improvment of polyacylate resin bonding material and set agent used in the mold or core sand mixture set by CO 2,strength and resisting hygroscopicity of the mixture have been increased,therefore,they are used widely in production of hardware tools,internal combustion and fittings of rolling stock and other castings.The application prospect for the resin bonded sand set by CO 2 is presented at last in this paper. |
