金相法测定TC11铸锭相变温度

摘    要:对用金相法测定某TC11铸锭相变温度的异常结果进行分析,对出现问题的成因进行了讨论,从而确定出晶界处富Al贫Mo元素是导致完全相变温度升高的原因。同时用差热分析法对该TC11铸锭相变温度进行了测定,比对金相实际检验结果与差热分析的实验结果,指出对于该试样用金相法测定相变温度对晶内α完全相变和晶界α完全相变区别对待,最终金相法测定相变温度以晶内α完全转变时的温度确定为实验结果。

Measurement of Phase Transformation Temperature of TC11 Titanium Alloy by Metallographic Technique
Abstract:This paper analyzed abnormal result of phase transformation temperature of TC11 titanium alloy by metallographic method and discussed the reason that caused this question. It is found that rich Al element and poor Mo element in grain boundary can make the phase transformation temperature increase. Meanwhile, the phase transformation temperature of TC11 alloy was tested by DSC.
