| Abstract: | This essay has a discussion on the source of K ＋ in refined magnesium which is the reducing agent on producing Titanium sponge by magnesium process and the mechamism of its presence. The essay has summarized about the effect of the K＋ content on Titanium sponge quality and the effective measures to reduce the K＋ content in refined magnesium. |
