一种可重构机床设计方法研究

摘    要:从可重构机床的设计理念出发。通过构造可实现车、铣、镗、钻等切削功能的结构模块群,提出了一种可重构机床的数字化原型样机。给出了该可重构机床的实现方法。事例研究表明,提出的可重构机床方案可以通过其结构和功能的重构。实现不同特征和批量零件的加工。为可重构机床的设计和研究提供一条思路。

Abstract:Based on the design ideas of Reconfigurable Machine Tools (RMT), a new digital prototype machine structure of a RMT is proposed which is composed of a group of modules with functions of turning, milling, boring and drilling. The method and processes of realizing the reconfigurable function of a RMT is given out in this paper. Case study shows that the proposed RMT can realize machining workpiece with different characters and mass production through its reconfiguration of structure and function. And the proposed scheme of RMT can be as the design reference for RMTs.
